Texas MLS, USL and NWSL roster updates (second edition-updated)

For those not following roster moves for all of the Texas professional teams, I am providing a weekly summary of activity from the previous week.  MLS preseason training begins next week so FC Dallas and Houston Dynamo rosters are more developed than the USL teams.  The first two rounds of the MLS annual college draft also took place on Friday, so I will provide information on selections by MLS teams followed here.  These players are not guaranteed roster spots.

After the National Women’s Soccer League entry draft yesterday,  I will begin to track the Houston Dash (the only Texas NWSL team) this week.  Though they are not a Texas team, I am also providing updates on the Columbus Crew and will be tracking them more closely this season because of the potential 2019 move to Austin.

MLS rosters are limited to 30 players with 2 of these slots dedicated only to homegrown players.  Each club has been allocated 8 international slots-which can be traded.  In 2017, USL rosters were limited to 30 players on each clubs Master Roster-which is the official player roster for USL play.  A maximum of 7 of those players can be internationals.  NWSL teams can have no more than 20 players, with 4 of those slots internationals.

Listed below are the current rosters for all teams with updates announced this week highlighted.  Links to the transaction announcements are included if you are interested in learning more about the players.

  1. You actually make it appear so easy along with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be actually one thing that I feel I would by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and very wide for me. I am taking a look ahead on your subsequent put up, I will try to get the grasp of it!
